How long until a custom floral is ready?
It depends on the availability of your chosen flowers. If you need the arrangement by a certain date, please specify this on your order form.

Do you use fresh or silks?
Camellia Cottage specializes in silks because they are "forever flowers". We do offer fresh; but we don't receive enough orders to keep these in stock. For parties and weddings, these must be ordered in advance.

How do I purchase a custom arrangment?
If you want to order one arrangement or wreath, simply fill out the online order form and I will email you a quote.
If you want several arrangements for a party or bouqets, corsages, and other wedding flowers please schedule a consultation first.

Where are you located and how far do you deliver?
We are located in Concord, NC and deliver to anyone within a decent driving distance. Please email me if you have questions about your location.

Will my email be kept private?
Yes, Camellia Cottage will never give client emails to any third parties or mailing lists. You can read more in our Privacy Policy

How much do custom arrangements cost?
For an idea of our prices in general, please visit our etsy shop and look at the different style arrangements and their pricing.
Keep in mind custom prices vary based on the size and type of flowers. If you need a more information, feel free to email me with the arrangement size, and flowers types you want. I'll send you a definite price before you order.

Do you ever discount florals?
Most people aren't aware of our budget flowers. Simply mention to us your budget and we will be happy to discuss your options.

How do I care for my flowers?
Spray silk flowers with a floral cleaner and change the water often for fresh arrangements. For more detailed information please read our floral care tips.
