About Us

Camellia Cottage creates cottage style floral arrangements. These can be made in anything from tea cups, antique planters, or old purses. We turn vintage finds into beautiful florals. Each arrangement is one of a kind and hand made. Camellia Cottage has its own unique style of arrangements which resemble English Cottage Gardens, or the feminine Vintage Chic style.

We specialize in silk because they are the "forever flowers". No green thumb, no problem! We can create greeneries for any style home, dining room centerpieces, and other small arrangements. We also offer various planters, vases, silk flower stems, handmade bows, and floral crafts.

Camellia Cottage offers a full line of wedding flowers. We create bridal bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, alter arrangements, table centerpieces, and so much more! Ask about our selection of real flowers.

Custom designed arrangements are also available. These allow you to chose the size, color, and flower types. If you can imagine it we can create it.

Camellia Cottage creates custom floral arrangements. We allow you to decide on the colors and flowers. Simply fill our online form, tell us what you want, and we create it. It's that simple.

Camellia Cottage allows our clients the oppertunity to use their own container/vase. We can place florals in anything from ceramic bowls to glass vases. Florals can be created to match your dining room colors perfectly.

About Our Name

Everyone wants to know if Camellia Cottage is a real place. Yes, its the small playhouse in my grandparents' woods. Its covered in cedar shake with a tin roof. Due to the breathtaking camellia bushes that surround it, we named it Camellia Cottage. It is filled with our yard sale finds, and has been host to dozens of tea parties.

About the Owner

All of our arrangements are handmade by Shannon Marlin. I started this business because of my love of flowers. All my life I have loved to garden, growing all kinds of flowers, so my working with florals seems only natural. I am a certified Floral Designer, and loved taking the floral classes! Camellia Cottage allows me to share my passion for flowers in our handmade creations.

The flower images used in the site's layout were taken by Shannon. The center image, of a trillum, was found growing near the real Camellia Cottage.
